POSITION SUMMARY
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintain safety for yourself and others around you.
2. Occasional custodian work will be required.
3. Maintain 5-S' standards & Kaizen improvements.
4. Complete and update all required paperwork.
5. Other duties as necessary.

MANAGERIAL / SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
Experience in all phases of Building Maintenance.
Must have the ability to lay-out and complete projects.
Experience in construction and masonry work.
Must be able to work at different heights
Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to fifty pounds
Ability to work near moving mechanical parts, be exposed to extreme heat and
occasionally work outside in extreme weather conditions.
Must have 2 years of H.V.A.C experience
Must have 480/240 single and Three phase electrical experience
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
Read and comprehend complex, detailed instructions, correspondence, and memos.
Write simple correspondence.
Effectively present information in one-on-one and small groups situations.
Apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Add, subtract, multiply, and divide, in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and
decimals.
Read a ruler, dials, and various pieces of measuring equipment.
