SalaryThe ideal candidate should have experience as a Maintenance Mechanic, maintenance technician, maintenance manager, or previous experience within building maintenance background. Additional experience from industrial maintenance will be considered.
We are currently fitting out new production space and will be installing the candy making equipment, running electric, steam, water, etc for the equipment. Once set up and running, maintenance and set up will be needed for the demands of production.
The candy company is on a 6 acre company owned industrial park where we have commercial tenants. Any tenant needs (building repairs) are taken care of by the maintenance department.
upkeep to include painting, building repair, HVAC, electric, plumbing, landscaping, etc.
We are looking for a well rounded individual with strengths in electrical and mechanical repairs. We also do the facility maintenance. We sub-contract anything we can not do in-house.
