Bacio Bacio Bridal is a small business in Wellington, FL. Our goal is to provide an intimate and warm experience for brides that is unlike any other typical bridal shopping experience. For almost 20 years, we have earned awards for service and selection. Most recently, we added a "Best in Florida" award. We are seeking a mature FEMALE with strong customer service experience, fashion experience and who can connect with our brides on a personal level. This is an hourly plus commission position.

This is an hourly + commission position
- Assist brides in finding their dream wedding dress by providing exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the entire process
- Listen to brides' preferences, style, and budget to help them select the perfect gown
- Provide expert advice on dress styles, fabrics, and alterations
- Assist with fittings and ensure proper measurements are taken
- Upsell accessories such as veils, jewelry, and shoes to enhance the bridal look
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom

- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and close sales
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating discounts
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele
- Technical sales knowledge to operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash registers
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with brides and provide exceptional customer service
- Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in the bridal industry, is preferred

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.26 - $14.76 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
