- Must possess the ability to maintain personal sales goals (daily, weekly and monthly)
- Ideal candidates must have an energetic attitude and bubbly personality.
- Must be able to work weekends and Holidays.
- In addition, possess exceptional customer focused sales skills and a passion for working with customers to ensure their perfect bridal experience.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all Winnie brides and represent the brand in a professional and consultative manner
- Consistently achieve individual and store sales goals (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Conduct daily customer calls to continue to develop rapport with prospective brides
- Build relationships with brides via consistent communication throughout the entire life of the event
- Participate and assist with organizing in-store events, bridal shows and promotions
- Follow up with brides to ensure satisfaction
