Responsibilities:
- Assist brides in finding their dream wedding dress and accessories
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
- Guide brides through the entire bridal gown selection process
- Help brides with fittings, alterations, and styling options
- Maintain a clean and organized bridal salon
- Stay up-to-date with current bridal fashion trends and designers
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in bridal or fashion industry
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient appointment scheduling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with brides and their families
- Knowledge of basic math for processing payments and handling cash transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in using electronic devices for inventory management and sales transactions
- Upselling skills to recommend additional products or services to enhance the bridal experience
- Understanding of jewelry sales and basic knowledge of different types of wedding accessories
- Ability to provide product demonstrations and educate customers on different dress styles and fabrics
