The Perfect Dress is looking for a Part-Time/Full-Time Bridal Consultant to join our team. Be a part of our welcoming work environment! Retail sales experience is a must. We're seeking individuals who are reliable, accountable, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain a professional demeanor in appearance, communication, and conduct.
Responsibilities:
- Handling daily tasks such as greeting customers, taking calls, answering questions, scheduling appointments, and other office duties.
- Creating a friendly and positive vibe for brides and guests.
- Connect with customers and support them throughout their shopping journey.
- Ensure timely completion of all necessary administrative duties.
- Communicate effectively with The Perfect Dress management, staff, customers, and manufacturers.
- Preserving the overall aesthetic appeal and cleanliness of the boutique space.
Requirements:
- Organized and able to multi-task
- Ability to work under pressure
- Saturday availability is required
- Available to work occasional Sundays during trunk and bridal shows
- Have a positive attitude
- Retail Sales Experience is a must
