Breakfast Attendant

```Job Summary``` We are seeking a reliable and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area. ```Responsibilities``` - Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, ensuring that all food items and supplies are stocked and displayed attractively - Greet guests warmly and assist them with any inquiries or special requests - Prepare and serve breakfast items such as coffee, tea, pastries, cereals, and hot dishes - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the breakfast area, including wiping tables, cleaning spills, and replenishing condiments - Monitor food levels throughout the breakfast service and restock as needed - Clear tables and clean dishes promptly to ensure a smooth flow of guests - Assist with catering orders and special events as required - Provide excellent guest relations by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally ```Skills``` To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Strong attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and presentation of the breakfast area - Basic meal preparation skills to handle simple food items - Knowledge of meat cutting techniques (preferred but not required) - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner - Willingness to help guests with their needs and provide assistance as required - Familiarity with knife handling for basic food preparation tasks - Proficient phone etiquette for answering guest inquiries or taking orders - Basic cash register skills for processing guest payments (preferred but not required) - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Experience in catering or banquet services (preferred but not required) If you are a team player with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
