TheBrand Affiliated Program Managerwill develop and implement marketing plans that drive program growth, new membership, and foster existing member engagement. You will report to the AVP, Marketing & Brand and partner closely with Brand, Distribution, Creative, and Digital Marketing to develop integrated marketing strategy & communication materials, update online platforms, track campaign performance, and provide the client with regular reporting on the success of the program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage requests from the Office of the CEO and Corporate Communications
• Manage relationships with key agencies or vendor partners ensuring established KPIs are being met, standard reporting and program health
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that all communications and touchpoints are aligned with the affinity program goals
• Communicate the impact of affinity marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives to internal stakeholders

• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape and adopting best practices to continuously improve program performance and value
• Collaborate and support Independent and Affiliated Distribution teams to socialize affinity program benefits to help achieve goals
• Work cross-functionally with other marketing functions to leverage assets and maximize efficiencies

• Collaborate with various teams to help manage marketing programs expenses and billing processes
  

Job Knowledge and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
• Working knowledge of Financial Services industry including Retirement, Annuities and Life Insurance products and services
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Experience in affiliated marketing programs, program management, and digital marketing
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and good decision-making ability
• Travel is less than 10% annually

• Proficient PC skills in MS Office
• Strong creative skills, able to embrace change and innovative ideas

 

The base compensation range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to qualifications, skills, competencies, location, and experience.
