Job description highlights:

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Regional Operations Administrator to join the Operations Team.  In this position, the responsibility will focus on the Rockwell portion of our business.  This position will require a knowledge of the Rockwell SAP system.  Strong communication and organizational skills will be required.  The focus of the Operations Team is to improve branch and region processes while contributing to the branch / region sales, margin and  bottom line improvement.

 

  • Monitor Rockwell sales entry to ensure correct reporting of GPOS data.
  • Review and correct GPOS data within Rockwell SAP system for all 3 APR’s.
  • Confirm that all billing of Rockwell product is handled correctly. Working with Projects teams when necessary.
  • Review with Rockwell branch damaged, incorrect material and errors from Rockwell shipments.
  • Work in concert with Rockwell Team on reporting, monitoring Price Line/ Buy Line  
  • Monitor Rockwell open invoices on Rockwell statement with a focus on resolution of open and past due invoices.
  • Work in cooperation with all Regional Operations Managers and Regional Administrators clearing outstanding Rockwell trackers.
  • Be resource for all Rockwell locations on entering, process and reporting Rockwell sales.
  • Act as Rockwell Super-User in SAP System and PartnerNetwork.
  • Work with accounts receivable team on disbursement of Partner Fee payments, entering sales orders to
    APR’s for sales reporting.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Computer literate
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Good writing and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and basic math skills
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years clerical or administrative experience preferred
