JOB Summary:
The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the branch. They lead a team of employees, manage daily operations, and ensure excellent customer service to maximize profits and guest satisfaction.
SPECIFIC DUTIES
- Oversee day to day branch operations including front of house and back of house functions
- Recruit, Train, and supervise branch staff
- Set clear performance goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide coaching and feedback to the crew
- Ensure all RV’s are in excellent condition and ready to rent or sell
- Manage the RV rental and sales inventory for the branch
- Maintain a high level customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and execute strategies to increase local bookings and sales
- Manage financial performance and implement cost controls
- Ensure the branch complies with all federal, state, and company based health and safety regulations
- This being an international business, language skills, i.e. Spanish, German preferred, but not required
- Dynamic and fast-paced operation that requires high level of engagement and active participation in daily activities
Physical Requirements
- Required job duties are not sedentary and require some walking and standing thought out the day. The candidate must be capable of lifting or carrying 10 lbs. minimum
- Required job duties are performed indoors and outdoors
Experience Requirements
- 3 + years of experience in RV or Car rental operation
- Experience in P&L management
- Ability to work in a fast-pace environment
- Ability to work independently and to collaborate with the team
- Experience in Recruiting, coaching, mentoring and developing staff
- Experience planning and maintaining stock levels through inventory management
- Highly organized
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Experience:
- RV/Auto Rental Operation: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
