Branch Manager Position Overview
This position's focus is to oversee all aspects of branch day-to-day operations including but not limited to; sales, operations, and customer service. While also developing & implementing strategic branch goals and objective that align with the company to better the people and the company.
Essential Job Functions
- Develop, mentor, and train your people to achieve branch & business success.
- Be involved in the hiring process of all new talent for the Branch
- Analyze & review branch financials with the Director of Finance & Director of Operations for the previous period to help set goals for the future.
- Regular communication with the Director of Operations regarding all aspects of the branch.
- Helping develop and implement specific processes, procedures & workflow to ensure accuracy across the company.
- Identity training needs and opportunities for branch personnel.
- Collaboration with other managers and supervisors regarding all aspects of operations to ensure continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular "All Hands Meetings" with your area to discuss company goals, upcoming training/developing opportunities and any other topic that needs to be addressed in a group setting.
Secondary Job Functions
- Assist with escalated customer issues and concerns, when needed.
- Assist technicians with trouble shooting, when needed.
- Communicate with managers & Field Supervisors to continually assess labor, fleet, and other field personal needs.
- Work with Director of Sales and sales personnel to review profitability and forecasting future work.
Salary: $100,000 - 115,000 commensurate on skills & experience
