As a Branch Manager, you'll be at the helm of daily operations in your region, playing a pivotal role in the overall success of the business. Position:Branch Manager
Compensation: $120K-$180K + significant bonus
Location: Columbus, OH
Responsibilities:
- Lead with clarity of vision and purpose focus on the mission and what matters
- Implement quickly, cleanly, and crisply proven playbook tactics and growth without deviation from proven best practices
- Seek best practice vs next practice - having a ferocious focus on executing matters, delegating effectively, prioritizing areas to push forward
- Analyze data to drive actions that matter the most to impact performance
- Demonstrate experience previously developing Best in Class scalable programs
- Navigate interactions with disgruntled customers and technicians with the ability to handle complaints
- Understand the importance of customer service in a customer first culture
