Job summary
As a Vendor Management Analyst within the Cash and Check Services team, you will play a crucial role in managing supplier services, encompassing cash, coin, and check processing. Together with your team, you will supervise the distribution of cash to over 100 cash vaults, both outsourced to suppliers and owned by Chase.
Job responsibilities
- Understand and partner with Cash Suppliers to meet contractual deliverables, service levels, and payment & penalties as outlined in the Cash Supplier contracts
- Document issues, formulate data, interpret root cause and implement operating practices for problem resolution
- Influence, drive, and communicate daily, weekly, monthly performance of the ATM and Branch Cash service supplier contractual expectations
- Provide excellent customer service to our Customer and Branch Service Teams and other internal partners (Cash Services, Treasury Product, Cash Resolutions Services, Reconciliation, ATM/Branch Supplier Management), who escalate into our team
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field(s)
- Previous Vendor Management experience and leadership skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills, along with strong presentational skills
- Minimum of 3 years experience in banking, vault management and/or vendor relations
- Working knowledge and understanding of contractual agreements
- Demonstrated ability to take initiatives, with strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, make well-founded decisions and meet deadlines

- Strong influencing skills among peers and 3rd party vendors and customers
- Team oriented mentality within The Firm and outside
- Understanding of business applications and work flows
