Branch Managers Provide a level of service and needs based relationship management that results in extreme customer loyalty.
Position Summary
Our Branch Managers have a passion for building relationships, filling customer needs and delivering excellent customer service.
- Oversees retail growth, services, and day to day operations of branch location
- Responsible for developing and retaining a high performing team by setting goals, coaching, and strong communication
- Participate and maintain strong partnerships with community & civic organizations while developing business and community relationships
- Fully committed to the success of the branch and its employees
- Have a clear understanding of all products, services and banking policies
- Ensure superior customer service by solving complex customer service issues
- At least three (3) years experience as a bank Branch Manager
- Experience with needs-based selling
- Excellent interpersonal skills – verbal and listening proficiency
- Strong attention to detail
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service to all clients
