We are currently seeking a BPO Accounting Operations Processing Associate to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska (US-NE), United States (US).
BPO Accounting Operations Processing Associate

Basic Qualifications:
1 Year Customer Service Experience
1 Year Contact Center Experience
1 Year Business Experience
1 Year Computer Experience with Microsoft Office
Responsibilities:
•Resolves more complex client situations by applying demonstrated knowledge and skills generally acquired through job experience.
•Ensures accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs.
•Works on preparation of SOPs / process transitions.
•Demonstrated computer skills.
•Solid communication skills.
•Solid customer service skills.
•Demonstrated attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
Wage is $17.00/hr and Hours are M-F 8:30am to 5pm CST, Must work onsite at 777 Research Drive Lincoln, NE, USA
