Role Objective:
Reporting into the Boutique Manager, the Boutique Team Member will be accountable for contributing to successful Boutique performance through sales results as well as KPI contribution. Achieved by demonstrating an aspirational and inspiring high-performance culture that is maintained through our values and vision to always be Customer obsessed.

- Executing visual merchandising in line with company standards to ensuring “luxury in every detail” is being achieved to show pride in Boutique presentation for both the internal and external Customer
- Communicate stock opportunities such as out of stock products and product trends to the Boutique
- Manager to maximize sales results
- Maintaining awareness in Boutique, executing loss prevention strategies to minimize shirt shrinkage such-hard tagging all products and reporting any incidences to Boutique Manager immediately
- Participating in the monthly Boutique meeting and development nights to ensure up to date with communication and relevant training
- Ensure all policies, procedures and training are signed off on The Hive are completed before the start of each shift
- Increase sales performance through actively reviewing The Dash results to increase performance, participating in check in’s with Area Manager the start and end of each shift to maintain an understanding of Boutique strategy and result requirements
