We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions customers may have
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Restock merchandise and ensure proper product placement
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of jewelry, electronics, or technology sales is desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong phone etiquette skills
