Benyeh Cafe is located in Fashion Show Mall Las Vegas. We are looking to add new Team Members to our team. As a Team Member you will learn various areas of the operation from cashiering, food handling and beverage services. Team Member Job Responsibilities:

• Welcomes new and previous customers with a friendly greeting.
• Educates customers by explaining the coffee and food menu, answering questions.
• Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as, espresso, caffe latte, and cappuccino.
• Prepares and sells pastry items by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for our Benyeh’s
• Maintains inventory and pay levels by replenishing supplies such as espresso beans, coffee brewing equipment, maintaining paper products, pastry sauces and toppings.
• Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining proper safety procedures; performing preventive maintenance; letting management know of equipment issues.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
• Works with other Team Members to ensure venue is maintained to cleaning standards
• Ensures duty checklists are followed and executed based on shift time.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Enhances pastry & coffee shop reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Hours / Pay

• We are looking for full-time and part-time Team Members 12 to 40 hours a week.
• Pay Range: $11.50-$12 an hour + Tips

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
• Prior café or coffee shop experience a plus
• Familiarity with telephone, office, and square point-of-sale software

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.25 - $11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
