Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant

Steel Fabrication Company seeks a Book Keeper / Administrative Assistant.

Knowledge of Quickbook Online, Excel, Word, and Outlook required.

Duties will include data entry of Payables, Receivables, Check Generation, Posting of Deposit, Filing, and Assist in the monthly financial statement preparation.

Strong computer and interpersonal communication skills required.

This position will start out as a part time, but may grow to be a Full time Position.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 32 per week
