SalaryShould commute no farther than 15 miles.
Mainly looking for someone to fill the evening shift Thursday-Friday from noon -8 pm and every other Saturday from 8:30 am-5 pm (strong possibility of 1 additional weekday 5 hours)
COVID-19 vaccination required.
Tasks consist of, but may not be limited to:
Maintaining social pages for doctor
- Medical billing, medical office experience is necessary.
- Answering phones, making calls to/from patients, pharmacies, and insurance companies, and sending emails and faxes.
- Collecting accurate patient and insurance information with accurate data entry.
- Scheduling appointments and following up with patients
- Submitting and updating insurance claims and payments.
- Filing paperwork (including but not limited to insurance, patient files, doctor files, and office files)
- Entering data for bookkeeping purposes.
This job is minimal to no contact with patients
Preferred:
- Windows 10 Experience
- Proficient with Microsoft 365.
- AdvancedMd experience
Required:
Social media ability--maintain and improve doctors web pages
- Experience working in a small medical office, medical billing helpful.
- Ability to multitask, follow instructions, and work alone with minimal supervision.
- Minimum 7 years computer experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
