Bookkeeper

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of financial concepts, is proficient in bookkeeping software, and has excellent attention to detail.

```Duties```
- Perform general bookkeeping duties, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing financial statements

- Perform bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of recorded transactions

- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to all relevant privacy regulations

```Skills```
- Proficient in bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify discrepancies or trends in financial data
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines
