Contract to Hire
Hours: Monday-Thursday 7am-5pm (Off on Friday)
Location: Van Buren, MI
Overview: Manage accounts receivable, payables and billing. Role will be contract for 120 days with the ability to apply to be hired Direct after that time.
Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Billing
- Assist incoming guests
- Answer phones
Experience:
- 2+years’ experience in an accounting environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficient in using accounting software
- Prior Government experience a huge plus however not mandatory
Education: A college degree is highly desired
