Job Description
Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and reconciling accounts.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts, as needed
Prepare and file payroll tax forms (Form 940, 941, TWC, 1099)
Assist with audits and financial reviews
Maintain compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
2+ years of experience in bookkeeping in Quickbooks
Yearli experience is a plus!
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients at one time
Ability to work independently as this role is mostly remote
Detail-oriented and accurate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
