Bookkeeper

We are seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team! We are a small Bookkeeping firm located in Huntington Beach. We provide tax preparation, bookkeeping, and payroll services.

Responsibilities include bookkeeping, 1099 filing and various small projects on an as-needed basis.

The ideal candidate will have some general computer experience along with the ability to multitask. Being able to adapt to needed projects with a team-minded and positive attitude is a must! QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel experience needed.

As this job is currently part time, we are looking to hire full time from 9am-5pm for at least the tax season come January-April. Then the position will go back to part time.

Education: High school or equivalent.
