BOOKKEEPER - MAIN OFFICE
CATTLEMENS - ACCOUNTING DEPT
COMPENSATION: $17
POSITION: FULLTIME (40 HRS) MONDAY - FRIDAY 8 - 5PM SOME FLEXIBILITY ON THE TIME FRAME (NOT ON DAYS OF WEEK). ACCOUNTING CLERK, BOOKKEEPING
Cattlemens is looking for a unique individual with accounting experience who has attention to detail, problem solving, and can work a fast (accurate) pace to be a part of our corporate office.
Our ideal candidate will have restaurant experience and knowledge with the following programs would be helpful: Excel, Word, Aloha (POS), CTUIT, AS400, Paytronix (gift card systems). NOTE: POS understanding is extremely helpful in auditing our sales.
• Ability to research and audit accurately
• Acute Attention to Detail
• Experience with Excel Formulas
• Must be able work on a variety of websites, multi-task
• GL account knowledge
• Excellent written and communication skill
• Work well as a team
In this job, you will support the main sales auditor including tasks such as: balancing and auditing daily sales from (8) locations. Including: Credit card, gift cards, Banquet tips, sales and taxes.
Additional duties required: Accounts Payables, Payroll, Misc tasks to make flow of team go smoothly.
