Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Daily Bank Reconciliations
- Financial management of the business via Quickbooks online and use of Dealer Management Software
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance is a plus
- Ability to prepare and verify monthly P&L and Balance Sheets for two companies is desired
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
