Body Shop Estimator

The Body Shop Estimator is directly responsible for advising and consulting customers during their visit. You will provide customers with timely updates during their collision center visit and provide excellent customer service to ensure an uncompromised service experience. Additionally, the Body Shop Estimator will be designated to create repair orders at the Body Shop and manage the repairs to completion, including assisting in facilitating the administration of submission and payment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Strong belief in Brandon Ford and pride in delivering a high level of service
• Greet and interview customers to determine their needs and wants
• Deliver vehicles to customers. Ensure the customer understands the repairs performed on their vehicle
• Demonstrate an understanding that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction and being devoted to guaranteeing customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction scores (CSI)
• Provide thorough daily follow-up on a day-to-day basis by phone, email, mail, and person to person; maintain a strong repoire with your customers
• Self-motivation in a team environment
• Attend Body Shop meetings and training sessions as scheduled
• Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of the technological changes in the product
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Brandon Ford values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers
• Appropriate conduct off work so as not to adversely affect the dealership's reputation
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by management or as dictated by a changing business climate
