Summary:
The Boat Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Boat Operations at Crater Lake. This includes managing a team of boat captains, boat tour manager and crew members, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, maintaining boats and equipment, and providing exceptional customer service to guests.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures for Boat Operations
- Monitor and manage budgets for Boat Operations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Train and develop staff members
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Boat Operations management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and boating license
