- Typical Schedule: Full Time Exempt

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED); five years of logistics, supply, project, and maintenance management experience preferably in a healthcare setting; and five years management experience OR
- A bachelor’s degree in a business or healthcare administration field; three years of logistics, supply, project, and maintenance management experience preferably in a healthcare setting; and five years management experience.
- Preferred - One of the following certifications in project management: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Project Director, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or Certified Project Management Practitioner (CPMP).
Overview of Position Details:
Scope of Responsibility: Leads the logistics team in the planning and management of all aspects of logistics to include supply chain management, facility maintenance, services, equipment maintenance, project management, and contract management in support of Frontier Dermatology and clinical operations.
- Oversees logistics operations and leads. Works with leads to ensure integrated, high reliability logistics operations in support of organization goals and clinic operations.
- Partners with field operations team on project management and planning.
- Plans, manages, and oversees field and corporate projects from the initial ideation through completion.
- Identifies, evaluates, defines project requirements, scope, objectives, resources, risks, schedules, and evaluation.
- Coordinates resources to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.
- Serves as project liaison between the project team and key stakeholders.
- Identifies and mitigates risks which may impact successful delivery of projects.
- Prepares comprehensive project plans to assure deliverables are attained within budget, timeline and varied project objectives as defined by Project Directive.
- Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain.
- Evaluates and reports on key performance indicators. Establishes performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of factors affecting the supply chain. Analyzes data from shipping and delivery processes in order to identify bottlenecks and other issues.
- Maintains supply chain inventory and records.
- Develops cost-effective solutions for logistics processes.
- Ensures supply chain processes meets legal requirements and standards.
- Evaluates and implements inventory control system.
- Monitors the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; identifies and qualifies new suppliers in collaboration with other departments.
- Communicates and negotiates with suppliers and vendors to facilitate more profitable deals.
- Communicates with vendors to resolve any issues.
- Engages in contract negotiations with logistics suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Ensures timely updates to all contracts, current costs, and purchase orders.
- Consolidates existing contracts and vendors.
- Develops and maintains detailed inventories of materials and supplies located in the company, at sites, and in storage.
- Estimates logistics related resources and time and establishes priorities within project team.
- Coordinates facilities, services, and equipment maintenance with directors, managers, and supervisors.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
