As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Providing accurate information about our products/services, pricing, promotions, and policies.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer needs and inquiries.
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate channels for resolution.
