Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Bcba)

Welcome to Kids Milestone Behavior Therapy!

We are seeking Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)'s to join our team.

The role of the BCBA will include supervising and collaborating with our clinical director, our team of RBT's & BCABA's, and their clients.

Qualifications:

• BCBA Board Certification
• Masters Degree

Responbilities:

• Conducting functional behavioral assessments, identifying needs and formulating treatments plans.
• Implementation of behavioral health plans.
• Observing behaviors and able to use data collection software such as Catalyst and Central Reach.
• Provides on-going parent training.
• Teach specific skills required for skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction.
• Completes all required documentation and provides to all appropriate parties.
• Inform parents and other caregivers about behavioral intervention findings.
• Collaborate with team members, clinical directors, and staff.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
