Job Description: ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Brownsville, TX, for a contract position. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of students and clients, providing evidence-based behavior analysis services and making a meaningful impact on their lives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Implement behavior analysis techniques and interventions.
• Provide training and support to school staff, caregivers, and other stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Stay current with best practices and research in the field of behavior analysis.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Texas state licensure as a BCBA.
• Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations within Brownsville, TX.
