Bluebird Behavioral Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic, driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our small, local, BCBA owned and operated group. We provide exceptional ABA in the home and community settings in the greater Austin area to individuals of all ages and abilities. We are holding strong to the roots and values of running a single-location therapeutic practice in a climate of mega-providers. We favor clinical outcomes, family and staff satisfaction and giving back to the autism community over profitability and expansion. We are also in the process of developing a nonprofit vocational program for adults on the spectrum.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral and skill assessments
- Write and oversee implementation of skill acquisition, behavior reduction programs, and behavior intervention plans.
- Continuously monitor client progress and update treatment plans and progress reports accordingly.
- Supervise and provide ongoing training and feedback for Registered Behavior Technicians and parents/caregivers
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification and LBA in the state of Texas
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Two or more years of experience using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to teach individuals with Autism and related behavioral challenges
- Experience supervising/training staff and parents
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be flexible, creative, and demonstrate organizational skills
- Ability to utilize online systems for billing, scheduling, data collection, and reports
Additional requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Availability on weekday afternoons/evenings
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
