Little Spurs Autism Centers is looking to build a caring, energetic team to serve children at our new Westover Hills location. We are searching for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our team on an immediate full-time basis.
Little Spurs Autism Center is currently seeking a BCBA to join our team. The BCBA will be working with the Clinical Director and will be responsible for developing individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans using evidence-based practices and interventions. The BCBA will conduct ongoing comprehensive assessments for their caseload. The BCBA will provide supervision in accordance with Little Spurs Autism Centers standards for our clients. They will also follow policies, practices, procedures and applicable regulations by the BACB.
What You Need (Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree from an accredited program/university, preferably in one of the following areas: social work, psychology, sociology, education, behavior analysis, or related field of study; required
- Must have a current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Current Texas LBA certificate
- Must pass criminal background
- Valid Driver’s License required

The Nitty Gritty (Your Day to Day):
- Provide engaging and responsive supervision for all clients on caseload for at least 10% of the hours they are seen
- Conduct parent support sessions for all clients at least once a month
- Be willing to mentor a team of behavior technicians, RBTs, and new BCBAs
- Write and maintain individualized treatment plans for all clients
- Conduct initial assessments for new clients as assigned
