We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavioral Therapist (BCBA) to join our team! In this role, you will conduct assessments, supervise group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities
- Perform intakes and assessments
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Perform caregiver trainings
- Supervise behavior technicians on case
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
- Master's degree in applied behaviors analysis, psychology, or similar field
- Current and unrestricted clinical Behavior Analyst license
- Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
- Excellent at meeting deadlines
