Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Bcba)

```
Duties:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote skill acquisition
- Provide direct behavior therapy services to clients, including conducting therapy sessions and monitoring progress
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure treatment goals are met
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to intervention plans
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess individuals for ASD and other related disorders
- Provide training and support to caregivers, teachers, and other professionals involved in the individual's care
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA)

Skills:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy principles and techniques
- Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate behavioral interventions
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and team members
- Proficient in data collection and analysis for treatment evaluation
- Knowledge of diagnostic evaluation procedures for ASD and related disorders
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Ability to conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality

Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
