Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing behavior analysis services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Your expertise will contribute to the development and implementation of effective treatment plans to improve the lives of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine the needs of clients
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment results
- Implement behavior intervention plans and provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation
- Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care for clients
- Provide training and support to caregivers, teachers, and other professionals involved in the client's care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, including medical records and reports
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in Illinois
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to developmental disabilities
- Proficient in data collection and analysis methods
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
