Job description

Speak to our Clinical Recruiter about the opportunity to start full-time within 30 days of submitting documents for credentialing!

Seeking a supportive culture that is quality-focused and ethically driven? Our co-founder and VP of Clinical Operations, a dedicated BCBA-D, inspires a team to offer excellent clinical care, understanding that it can only be achieved with passionate professionals who deserve quality training, support, and development throughout their career. We maintain small caseloads for our BCBAs (BCBAs average 9 clients), enabling our team to spend more time with each client and to provide increased supervision (10-20% of clinical hours worked) to our behavior technicians. Applicants are invited to check our references to hear more about Journey’s culture directly from current members of our team!

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary ranging from $70,000-$85,000 annually with flexible billable hour thresholds
  • Potential to earn bonuses of an additional $1,000 per month for choosing to work additional billable hours
  • Clearly outlined career path with career advancement opportunities
  • Company sponsored health, dental and vision benefits for full time employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week
  • Free short-term and long-term disability for full time employees
  • Paid time off (vacation, sick, holidays)
  • Technology package (company-provided cell phone with voice and data plan, laptop computer)
  • Professional development funds (reimbursement for certification/licensure, CEUs, conference attendance, etc.)
  • Reimbursement for session-related materials and equipment

  • Paid time to participate in our Community Impact Program to improve access to ABA services and to support our communities

At Journey, training and development is not just something we do, it’s embedded in our culture and values. We believe that excellent ABA services can only be offered by a team who receives ongoing professional development and training opportunities. We offer a variety of (paid) training opportunities for our team led by our VP of Clinical Services including Journal Club and our CLASS (Clinical Leadership Assessment and Supervision Skills) Program that focuses on evidence-based approaches to common clinical questions and concerns. Our VP of Clinical Services also provides additional supervision and peer-review to our team of BCBAs. These opportunities give our team a chance to connect with one another, stay current on research in our field, and support one another as we learn and grow together as professionals. We are a collaborative team who thrives on implementing the ideas for best-practice offered by each member of our team.

As a BCBA, you will perform assessments to determine the factors driving a client's behavior and work closely with the family to develop an intervention plan.
