```Overview```
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral assessment and intervention services to individuals with developmental disabilities. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.
```Duties```
- Assist in the development and implementation of assessment tools, to conduct functional assessments and analyses when appropriate, and to develop appropriate behavior strategies to teach appropriate behavior and reduce maladaptive behaviors.
- Develop behavior plans/treatment plans for all consumers with a focus on teaching and other antecedent strategies for reducing problematic behavior(s). • Review and sign off on behavior plan/treatment plan training
- Create ongoing data collection system to establish baseline and programmatic efficacy for all consumers, and to analyze data on a frequent and ongoing basis to guide programming. • Care coordination with families, teachers, and medical professionals to discuss the patient’s treatment and progress and recommend ways to address behavioral issues
- Coordinate the delivery of high-quality ABA services
- Keep current with the literature, new research findings and resources. In addition, continuing education courses to maintain BCBA certification.
- Lead in the process of creating solutions to the problems faced by clients
- Maintain ethics and safety standards, and comply with relevant laws
```Requirements```
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably children
- Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment tools and techniques
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality

Pay: From $50.00 per hour
