The Little Leaf ABA is a growing home-based ABA Therapy company looking to hire Behavior Analysts (BCBA/LABA/QBA) throughout your area. Position would start on a case-to-case basis and we will build your caseload as your schedule permits. Opportunity to quickly advance to a full-time schedule with salary & benefits package. We serve children ages 2-18 and offer in-home ABA programs, School and community-based instruction in Indiana and Texas. In response to the growing need for appropriate educational services for children with autism, our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) In-Home is dedicated to providing evidence-based analytic services to children with autism spectrum disorder. We believe, when applied to ASD, ABA focuses on treating the challenges of the disorder by altering the individuals social and learning environments. The needs of the children we serve can be best met through a partnership with their parents and other professionals involved in their lives.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for passionate Behavior Analysts (BCBA) / (LBA) who are well-versed in Applied Behavior Analysis. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Under the direct supervision of the Regional Clinic Director, the Behavior Analyst is responsible for coordinating and providing program services to clients.
- Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and oversee implementation of direct services, direction, and family guidance
- Work with guardians to build strong professional relationships and build foundation for future learning and independence
- Provide staff training, mentorship, and RBT supervision to ensure the highest quality clinical outcomes
- Work with Interdisciplinary Team Members to ensure continuity of care
- Ability to write complex behavior support plans and communicate intervention techniques and strategies to direct care staff and/or families
- Analytical Skills: Ability to collect and graph behavioral data for assessments and interventions
- BCBA will maintain compliance with all agency policies and procedures
EDUCATION
- Master's Degree
EXPERIENCE
- ABA Therapy: 2 years (Required)
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Hold current BCBA or LBA in the state of Texas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in practice management system (Central Reach preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and time management
