Responsibilities
- Manage RBTs and caseload
- Conduct initial evaluations to determine therapy plans
- Consult and plan with the clients family regarding treatment, and progress
- Facilitate assessments, and document treatment plans and progress
Qualifications
Required
- BCBA
- Masters Degree in Relevant Field
Position Highlight
- Hybrid role which allows 2 days per week for remote work
Compensation
- $76,000-$85,000 in addition to a lucrative bonus structure (up to $11K per year)
