You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate behavioral needs
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate intervention effectiveness
- Provide training and consultation to caregivers, educators, and other professionals
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a BCBA
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges
- Excellent knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in data collection and analysis
- Passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others
