IABAS for Families is looking for a full/part time remote BCBA candidate in California.
Monthly bonus earned for meeting billable requirement.

- Responsible for the overall case management of the client’s ABA program, including initial assessment, functional analyses, creation of goals and treatment objectives, development of behavior strategies, creation of initial data collection systems and creating training protocols.
- Train clinical supervisors on evidence based practice and implementation of methodologies.
- Conduct supervisor competency assessment until competency has been achieved.
- Responsible for billing 6 billable hours per day (may include case management and assessments).
- Provides support to Program Directors/Managers and RBT’s/BT’s by developing, coordinating, and providing clinical development trainings.
- Provide direct ABA therapy to children with Autism and other developmental disorders in the home, school, and community settings.
- Provide parent and staff training on the principles of ABA and behavior modification.
- Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs).
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments/analyses (QABF/FAST), verbal behavior/language assessments (VB-MAPP/ABLLS-R) and developmental assessments (Vineland III, DP-3).
- Utilizes the principles of ABA, including reinforcement, prompting and fading, shaping, chaining, maintenance and generalization, extinction and punishment (including DTT, NET, FBA, FAA, and other behavior analytical procedures as needed) to develop, update, and analyze goals and data and ensures that Program Directors/Managers understand clinical responsibilities related to these principles.
- Conducts, writes and submits initial assessments and progress reports in a timely manner which may also require interacting with funding agencies, managing referrals, and other administrative duties.
- Oversees clinical services being provided in-home and community settings; responsible for ensuring quality and integrity of services.
- Assist with administrative tasks and oversight of the clinical department (including ensuring compliance with insurance requirements for session notes, treatment plans, supervision, treatment authorizations, RBT requirements, etc.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- May conduct school observations and/or support parents in communication and collaboration with schools and other service providers.

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
