Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Bcba)

Little Leaf ABA, a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy company based in Indiana, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Therapist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disorders
• Provide direct ABA therapy services to clients in both home and clinic settings
• Monitor and track client progress towards treatment goals
• Train and supervise behavior technicians and/or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborate with other professionals, including speech therapists and occupational therapists, as needed

Requirements:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Experience working with children with ASD and related developmental disorders
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various locations throughout Indiana
