RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
· Provide direct behavioral therapy to children and adults with ASD
· Implement behavior intervention plans and modify them as needed based on data analysis
· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care for patients
· Train and supervise behavior technicians in implementing treatment plans
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records - Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
· Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven treatment decisions
EXPERIENCE:
· Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
· Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
· Proficient in conducting diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments
· Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
· Familiarity with behavioral therapy modalities and evidence-based practices
· Ability to work effectively with children, adults, and families affected by ASD
· Experience working collaboratively with other professionals in a multidisciplinary team setting
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
