JOB TITLE: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a member of the Divine Steps Therapy management team and is responsible for clinical oversight of behavioral services for individuals with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, develop, and monitor a variety of behavioral support service delivery options to meet the needs of clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and/or other behavioral and social/communication challenges
- Consult with and train instructional team members regarding pro-active, educational, programming, and behavioral supports
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Collaborate with team members, related service providers, families, and others as appropriate
- Mentor, supervise, and evaluate Behavior Technicians
- Ensure health and safety standards are met across treatment settings
- Providing oversight to ensure all behavior technicians and RBTs are performing consistently with the same standard of care and operational excellence to all clients
- Evaluate treatment progress and modify goals as appropriate
- Provide quality parent training on a monthly basis
- Ensure billing, notes, and reports are conducted in a timely manner
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Ability to manage a team fairly, effectively, and in accordance with policies, guidelines, and mission
- Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, co-workers, supervisors, and community members
- Ability to adhere to organizational policies and procedures and abide by code of ethics as indicated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Commitment to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPPA laws
- Commitment to ongoing training and development as it relates to clinical skills, professional development, ethics, and technology, and training in order to perform job responsibilities to the required standard
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- BCBA Certification
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in education, psychology, or behavior analysis
- Experience conducting assessments: VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland, FBA
- Knowledge and experience with DTT, NATS/NET, VB, Parent Training, Goal Setting, Program Monitoring, Data Analysis, Treatment Writing, Session Notes
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary + Hourly Rate or
- $90 An Hour and Work at Your Own Pace/Schedule
