Participates in project/service activities on site related to the coordination, installation, and commissioning of building automation and security management systems. This employee typically works under daily supervision of a Field Service Supervisor and reports to the Field Service Manager.
Responsibilities Include
- Technician must be able to work on his/her own and/or with others when needed.
- Be customer-friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable.
- Familiar with Package units, split systems, RTU's, and mini-splits.
- Familiar with electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills.
- Familiar with troubleshooting and diagnosing issues.
- Experience with performing a thorough and accurate HVAC inspection.
- Ability to communicate with the team and with customers.
- Must comply with all safety standards and processes.
- Must be able to climb ladders and work in close spaces
