Job Description
- Performs full range of on-site maintenance including technical diagnostics, installation, removal of copiers.
- Perform setup of new machines in warehouse as per the procedure defined.
- Manages inventory and customer relationships, along with maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Drive small box truck.
- Shows technical abilities, troubleshooting techniques and responsibility.
- Maintains up-to-date service manuals, part books and other service literature using provided company laptop.
- Responsible for maintaining a car stock inventory.
- Maintains effective relationships with customers and fellow employees.
- Must follow the policies and procedures of the company.
- Minimum of High School diploma, preferred associate in network or industrial electronics, experience in copier field is a plus.
- Working knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft, Apple and common network solutions.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Position requires use of personal car which is eligible for car maintenance allowance.
- Must be able to travel on a daily basis to various customer sites, including NYC on occasion.
- Able to work independently at a customer site.
- Must work well with customers and shows professional appearance at all times.
