Pay Range: $19.00 - $22.00 depending on experience + Bonuses and Spiffs

Responsibilities:

• Provide maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Excellent communication with homeowners
• Manage project timelines and work scope
• Being on time, reliable, and a team player daily! - Be someone we can count on!
• Ability to keep track of tools and be well-organized
• Be self-sufficient and willing to learn
• Take pride in your work - maintain a clean working space and make things look like they should be on display at a store!
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Follow safety protocols and help with gas/CO testing on startup
• Help train and develop other team members

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of HVAC field and trade school experience
• Acquire EPA Universal Certification within 3 months
• Strong knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building code
• Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
• Driver's license with clean driving record and ability to drive company vehicles a major plus
• Knowledge of building science principles is a major plus but not required; one must be willing to learn
• Stellar mechanical aptitude and a problem-solving mentality
• An awesome attitude and is a great team player!
