The Blood Center is based in Davenport, Iowa, where ImpactLife's testing, processing, and primary distribution center of blood components is located. ImpactLife is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
ImpactLife is searching for a strong leader to support our mobile and fixed site blood collection teams for the Danville, Decatur, Mattoon, and Urbana areas.

As Manager, Donor Services you will provide daily supervision and direction to assigned phlebotomy teams ensuring appropriate staffing levels, development through coaching and mentoring, and staff counseling. You will also work closely with internal and external partners to promote blood drive success and compliance to all regulatory requirements.
What you should bring to the team:
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Enjoy working with the public
- Have a good, stable work history
- Understand the importance of following standard operating procedures
- Healthcare experience is a plus Pass a pre-employment background and drug screen
